What are the Meranti 2025 New Year Tiered Discounts?
To celebrate your commitment to your fitness & wellness in 2024, and to help you get started in 2025, Meranti Pilates Studio is providing existing customers a discount based on how many sessions they have attended at Meranti Pilates Studio in 2024. There are three tiers to this based on visits:
Tier Sessions in 2024 Discount on next purchase*
Meranti Roots 45 or fewer 10%
Meranti Shoots 46-103 15%
Meranti Treetops 104 or more 20%
* T&Cs and Exclusions : Discount code is for 1 pack purchase only and before 9th February 2025.

Why is the discount I’ve received different from someone else’s?
Your tier has been calculated based on the number of sessions you have attended at Meranti Pilates Studio from January 1st to December 31st 2024.

Are 1:1 and Group Class sessions calculated differently?
No they are not. Any session you attend counts towards your total.
4.
How can I use my discount?
Apply the code you have been provided on the purchase of your next pack on our booking platform (Momence).
5.
How many purchases can I make with this discount?
This discount code provided can only be used to make one purchase
6.
I tried to purchase a 1:1 pack but I was unable to.
1:1 packs are only available for clients who have consulted with our Principal Instructor and their desired instructor (if other than the Principal Instructor). Contact us if you would like to be assessed for suitability and instructor availability.
7.
I purchased a 1:1 or Duo pack with my discount but have been informed by my instructor that there is no availability.
Please contact us for a refund. Your Meranti 2025 New Year Tiered Discount code may be used for your next purchase after the refund process is completed.
8.
What should I do if I am unable to fully utilise the pack I purchased with this discount?
All our regular Terms & Conditions apply. Please review them prior to completing your purchase.
